Riley Kesterson

Riley Kesterson is a driven political science major at Florida State University with a passion for law, government relations, and public policy. Currently serving as an Executive Associate at the firm, Riley plays an integral role in supporting clients throughout Florida’s legislative process. Her work includes tracking bills, preparing internal agendas, conducting policy research, and coordinating meetings with legislators and key stakeholders. Riley’s experience in legislative advocacy has strengthened her understanding of how policy is shaped from concept to law.

Before joining The Mayernick Group, Riley gained invaluable legal experience working in the Office of General Counsel for the Governor of Florida, where she supported attorneys on a wide range of legal and administrative matters. Her time in the Governor’s Office refined her attention to detail and introduced her to the intersection of law and government operations, an experience that continues to guide her professional path today.

Riley is currently preparing to attend law school following her graduation from Florida State University. Her long-term goal is to pursue a career in government affairs and legislative law, using her legal training and hands-on experience to advocate for meaningful policy change. Known for her professionalism, initiative, and passion for service, Riley strives to build a career defined by integrity, leadership, and impact.
